About
Where conversation and nature meet
Supporting your journey to holistic well-being
Rouse creates a safe space within the natural world to confidentially share your thoughts and feelings. I believe being closer to nature makes us feel better in ourselves. It brings presence and meaning, allowing us to feel open and connected to a wider world. When you explore and share that experience with another, then it can open avenues for further self-exploration.
About Amy Saint Aubyn
What I Do
I offer a calm, grounding space where you can slow down, breathe, and reconnect with yourself. Our time together may include mindful breathwork, gentle movement, reflective conversation, gardening, or walk-and-talk sessions outdoors — always guided by what feels most alive and helpful for you.
Based in Cornwall, with its open skies, quiet paths, and natural beauty, there’s plenty of room to explore what nourishes you. Sessions can take place in ways that feel most accessible — whether in your own garden or outdoor space, if leaving home is challenging, or in my sanctuary space, designed to offer peace, privacy, and connection with nature.
My personal passions — gardening, foraging, herbal medicine, outdoor cooking, and cold-water therapy — have the potential to weave naturally into our time together. These elements invite you to shape a restorative, grounding experience that feels truly your own and deeply rooted in the rhythms of nature.
